Dump runs and junk removal in Airdrie and Calgary. We’ll pick up extra bagged garbage, flattened cardboard, mattresses, furniture, and appliances to take to the landfill. Purchased something and not sure how to get it home? We’ll drop it off at your door.
How it works
Send a photo, get a price. We’ll confirm the job, and we text an hour before we pull up.
Confirm
You get a price and a window. Cash, e-transfer, or debit/credit on arrival — before we load.
Dispatch
Driver texts at least an hour before arrival. Load and dump. One-item drops stop at the door.
Pickup windows
Dump runs go to a City of Calgary landfill and have to arrive before 5:00 p.m. A one-item drop can be booked until 8:00 p.m.

Year round
- Monday–Saturday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Sunday: closed
- From Airdrie and the northwest, the dump is Spyhill.
East Calgary — summer
April – October
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
East Calgary — winter
November – March
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Sunday: closed
You pick the date. We confirm the date and an approximate time within 24 hours. The last dump-run pickup is early enough to reach the dump before 5:00 p.m. All three sites are closed Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

Posted junk removal prices for Airdrie and Calgary. One trip of what fits in a full-size pickup bed — no overhang. Curb, driveway, or an open garage. We don’t go inside.

The one-item column is a single piece — Marketplace, IKEA, one appliance — dropped at the door or in front of the garage. Not an apartment move. We don’t carry it inside.
Add-ons
- Second pickup on the way: +$20–$40. One trip to the dump. A return trip is a new booking.
- Extra bags over 8: $8 each. A full bed of bags or boxes is the full-bed rate.
- Household junk only. 250 kg or more is $250 all-in. Under 250 kg stays $200. No shingles, drywall, dirt, concrete, or wet garbage.
- Same day: +$30–$40. Saturdays for a dump run. Door drops also after 4:30 p.m. on other days.
Service area
Airdrie, Calgary NE, and Calgary NW only. Dump runs from here go to Spyhill. Quote confirmed after the address and a photo.
For sellers and property managers
Marketplace sellers
Selling a couch or appliance? Book the delivery when you take payment. Same price. The item leaves with the sale, and it stops at their door. We don’t carry it inside.
Landlords and realtors
Turnover or photo day: send a picture of the household junk at the curb. We haul it. Not a clean-out of the house, and not construction debris. Text +1 587-208-4884.
House rules
One driver, one truck. By booking a run, you agree to these rules. They keep the job safe and the price fair. Full rules.
We don’t go inside
Pickups: curb, driveway, or an open garage. Deliveries: front door, or the spot you name (in front of the garage, for example). We don’t enter the home.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Either party is able to cancel or reschedule anytime before payment, with no fee. Just text or call +1 587-208-4884, or email hello@1truck.ca. After you’ve paid and loading has started, the job is underway.
Owner’s risk
1TRUCK is not a licensed household mover, and drivers don’t carry cargo insurance. Items and property are handled at your own risk. Need coverage? We recommend hiring a licensed mover.
Other details
- Empty and defrost fridges/freezers, and empty dressers, before we arrive
- Fridge, freezer, washer, dryer: we don’t lift these alone. Someone on site must help, or we cancel
- Bags tied, easy to lift. Flatten cardboard. At the curb
